Alana Johnson is a multi-hyphenate artist and teacher originally from New York City.

She’s been seen on CBS’s Blue Bloods, the 50 Cent-produced show Powerbook III: Raising Kanan on STARZ, and is the co-creator of the BET Digital Series Two Grown.

In 2018, she was one of 9 out of thousands to be selected as a US Finalist for the ABC Discovers Digital Talent Competition.

In 2022, her talents took her across the pond to perform as an actor and comic at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. While in Edinburgh, she had the opportunity to perform with her castmates on BBC Radio Scotland.

She moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to earn her MFA in Acting with a concentration in Performance and Teaching from LSU, and graduated Summer 2023.

During her time at LSU, she had the opportunity to instruct Undergraduate Acting courses and fell in love with tapping into students’ unrealized potential.
